Fourth at Cresco During USRA Nationals Al Hejna started on the outside front row for the USRA Nationals main event which paid $5,000 to win. Al fought an ill-handling race car for the whole forty-lap affair.

"The car was tight all night," Al said after the races. "The air pressure on the right rear tire just didn't build up like I thought it would. That made the car tight. I'm still pleased with a fourth place finish, but we had to work hard to get it."

Al Wins Night Two at Cresco Al Hejna took the win on night two of the USRA Nationals at Cresco Speedway. After a 7th place finish on Thursday night, Al rebounded nicely, and he took the win on Friday night earning him a start in Saturday night's $5k to win A-Main.
