Hejna Makes Jamboree Night 3 A-Main
Al Hejna Racing raced his way into Deer Creek Speedway's Fall Jamboree A-Main on Saturday night. Hejna grabbed his transfer through a B-Main. Hejna started 25th in the 32-car field. The Rookies' Rockin' Sports Bar, Harris Auto Racing number 7 finished 20th after the 50 laps.

Engine Troubles Sideline Hejna at Jamboree - Night 2
A stuck lifter forced Al Hejna Racing to sit out Friday night's Fall Jamboree program. The final night of the Jamboree is set for tonight (Saturday).

Hard Battle Yields 2nd at Jamboree - Night 1
Al Hejna Racing started 10th in the Jamboree A-Main for the first night of the Fall Jamboree at Deer Creek Speedway (Spring Valley, MN). Hejna quickly worked to the front, and he found himself battling Jason Cummings and Corey Dripps for the win. The lead was swapped several times.

Hejna was caught behind lapped traffic. that allowed Cummings to make the final pass for the lead and the win. Hejna finished second.

Top 10 on Night 2 at Brainerd
Al Hejna Racing completed a two-day run in Brainerd, MN with a Top 10 finish in the USMTS Modified A-Main. Hejna made the redraw based on his heat race passing points he earned. He redrew 3rd. Hejna finished 9th when the checkered flag came out.

Next up for AHR is the Fall Jamboree at Deer Creek Speedway.

Night One In Brainerd - Wrecked
Al Hejna Racing travled to the USMTS / Grassroots World Championship in Brainerd, MN. Hejna started 17th, but the night ended early when Hejna was caught up in a wreck that ended his bid for the win early. Official finish - 22nd.

Al Hejna Racing made the IMCA Super Nationals feature for Saturday - "The Big Dance." However ... mechanical trouble forced Hejna to the pit area early.

Hejna Makes Super Nationals Feature
Al Hejna Racing is gearing up for Saturday's Super Nationals Feature. Hejna made the Super Featuring Thursday night. Friday Hejna raced in the Pole Dash and finished 5th. That will put him in the middle of the 5th row to start the Super Nationals feature.

Super Nationals Update
Wednesday was night 1 for the IMCA Modifieds at the IMCA Super Nationals. Hejan qualified for the A-Main. Only the top 2 qualfiied for the Saturday Super Nationals feature. He finished 18th.

Thursday ... Hejna has qualified for tonight's A-Main. It has not run yet.

Missed Set Up At the Chateau
Al Hejna Racing continued on with the USMTS Modifeds, and Friday found the tour at the Chateau Raceway (Lansing, MN). Hejna finished second in his heat earning enough points to make the redraw for the A-Main.

Hejna started on the outside front row, and he took the lead at the drop of the green flag. He held the top for a few laps, but the car set up was off, and Hejna held on for an 8th place finish.

Saturday night, the USMTS Tour hits the ultra fast Deer Creek Speedway (Spring Valley, MN).

Win Hopes Dashed With Crash
After winning his heat race and drawing the pole for the A-Main, Al Hejna Racing took the early race lead at the Highway 3 Raceway (Allison, IA). Contact with the backstretch wall ended the bid early for the win. After looking over the car, the crew felt there was a lot of damage to car. Official finish was 21st.

2nd at Osky, Allison, IA Next
Al Hejna Racing drew the pole for Tuesday night's race at the Southern Iowa Speedway (Oskaloosa, IA). Hejna lead the first few laps before Brad Pinkerton was able to steal the lead away. Hejna stayed on Pinkerton's rear bumper. He applied pressure through the entire race, but Hejna was not able to get back around settling for second.

Next up for AHR is Wednesday night racing at the Highway 3 Raceway (Allison, IA).
